Immersion Beyond The Chair is a customized program for stylists and salon owners to target your goals and identify untapped areas for growth. Because this type of consulting is completely customized, we may work together in a variety of ways. The day will be tailored to your needs and may include one on one coaching with a stylist or salon owner or may be a day spent with your entire salon team.
Through this program, we'll have conversations about branding, recruiting, advertising, culture, growing your stylists income, growing the salon's profit, while always addressing your unique challenges.
